Type: Mixed Use
Scale: 204 Apartments
Stages: State Significant Development Application
A State Significant project where the design is dedicated to connecting with its locations history of adjacent waterways and the Dharug people who are the traditional owners of the land of Parramatta.
The landscape design consists of a reclaimed Clay Cliff Creek with subtle artwork amenity to depict its original character and use as fishing and gathering hotspot with 'jettys' that extend over the space with seating and walkways.
The second floor is a dedicated wellness retreat with pools, sauna, steam room and gymnasium which all have a dense green outlook with considered edge planting to provide shade or retain views where necessary.
Level 07 includes a socially designed dog where dogs can run and residents can sit have coffee, work from a laptop or just sit and enjoy the north facing sun and views.
An expansive rooftop on level 32 boasts 360 degree views of Parramatta with contemporary furniture, bbqs and edge planting.
