As Landfx’s Accounts & Office Manager, Tracy plays an integral role in the day-to-day operation of the studio, providing the organisation and support that keeps the business and project teams running efficiently.

Managing the studio’s accounts, financial administration and general office operations, Tracy works closely with the directors and wider team to coordinate invoicing, project administration, supplier accounts and the many behind the scenes processes that support the successful delivery of Landfx projects.

Tracy also plays an important role in maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants and suppliers, providing a friendly and professional point of contact while ensuring communication and administrative processes are managed effectively.

With a highly organised approach and strong attention to detail, Tracy helps maintain the systems and structure required within a busy design practice. Her contribution allows the landscape team to remain focused on design and project delivery while ensuring the broader business continues to operate smoothly.
