This SummitCare development in Liverpool boasts a small but impactful rear courtyard designed for all ages and disabilities. The rear courtyard is divided into 3 distinct pockets for which differ slightly to provide the residents and visitors with multiple options. The under cover walkway with a steel and glass roof structure provides covered seating while letting in ample light, the central courtyard space has been designed with both movable and fixed seating and centrally located at the rear is a focal point pergola structure, birdbath and seating / resting space. A lineal scented loop path runs adjacent the rear boundary and screen planting to allow for exercise and sensory interaction.
